Under OS 9.1 I have been unable to open files 'imported' from QuickDex, InfoGenie, iData X, Bookmarks, Tab delimited, nada, zip, zillch. The only files that open are the demo files downloaded with the program. I have ruled out an Extension conflict. What gives?!

Great lightweight structure. Pictures are very crisp and the all in one features are convienent. Ink is reasonable, and the cartridges can be both black or both color simultaneously.

Took a long time to dial it in but I bought mine used, so I did not have the cd.

I spent all day and all night downloading every driver for my printer I could with two to four hours each , including this one twice . Not a god dam one would run ! Unable to read program or not a valid WIN32 program were common results . I don't blame c-net , I am grateful for the wonderful results c-net has delivered in the past . I blame some inherent incompatability between the DEll programs and my Gateway E-3400 fossil , or corruption incurred by my hillbilly dial-up connection . - THE FRO !!!

In its class, the print speed is very good. The 926 has been trouble free in all the years I have used it. A very reliable machine. Scanned material is very clear. The photo grade color prints are very clear, bright and sharp.
Cons
I really can't think of any problems or short comings this printer has.
Summary
Like I said before, the Dell Photo AIO printer is the only printer I have owned that has been trouble free and produces excellent copies, bright clear photo copies and at a very reasonable price. I would like to recommend this 926 to beginner and experienced computer users alike. You will not be disappointed.
